The Keystone Rally Association is a loose alliance of race cities in central and eastern Pennsylvania and down into Maryland. In the past, Keystone races have been held as far away as Roanoke and Virginia Beach. At a fall meeting and follow-up winter meeting, officers are elected, rules updated, and spring and fall rally schedules set. Spring rallies are not officially part of Keystone, but the race cities work together to avoid schedule conflicts. The fall schedule is the Keystone Championship Season. In 2007, seventeen fall rallies were held. Using the Keystone point system, drivers earned points for their finishes and at the end of the season the championships are decided.
